I understand in order to graduate from the course, I must:
A> Planned Course: Dates of course are: August 19, 2024 - October 18, 2024;
Final exam is due Ocotber 28, 2024.
1. Participate in a virtual skills demonstration day on Monday, October 21, 2024 (This is a mandatory event)
2. Complete the final exam with a 75% or greater passing score.
B> Asynchronous Course:
1. Complete the final exam with a 75% or greater passing score.
2. Schedule and participate in a virtual skills demonstration with a facilitator.
Some scholarships are available for the training with priority given to those who serve in rural areas or in the behavioral health settings in the state of Kansas.
This application is considered a request for scholarship as well as request into the program. If you are not selected to receive a scholarship, the course cost is $1000.
You will be notified that your application was received, follwed by an email from the program assistant with course details including scholarship notification. If offered a non-scholarship spot in the class, to confirm your spot, you will be required to send contact information for the person responsible for billing as payment is required prior to your course start date.
