About: The Heartland Telehealth Resource Center invites you to a 6-part ECHO telementoring series focused building sustainable telehealth programs and services using the Project ECHO format. This format supports a didactic portion along with case-based examples to aid in learning. Each session focuses on areas specific to building new programs or expanding services. Topics include assessing the current state of services provided, billing and coding to ensure efficient reimbursement, developing key performance indicators, and aspects of evaluation. Session topics will be updated and shared so be sure to set a reminder on your calendar!
